Busy week ...

... so far.  Took hubby out for the day on Sunday.  Went to a local farm that has become a tourist attraction ... Middle Farm.  Had lunch, visited the farm shop and bought a few bits.  Roamed the animal bit of the farm but couldn't go too far as it wasn't really easy for a wheelchair.  The concrete bits were OK but there was a fair bit of gravel and grassland.  Ended with a cream tea before taking him back to the hospice.  He enjoyed himself and it was good to get out in the sun and warmth ... at least one day of summer!  Not sure where the rest of the summer is though.

Following Florida ... I was back just a week and then off again for the annual Crafter's House Party.  A few of the makes from there.  Not as many as previous years.  Hot tub, therapies and a day out being the reason - *LOL!*

A flat pack MDF kit I bought some while ago and then had no idea what to do with it.  Having done the weekend in Guildford with the Gentleman Crafter, John Bloodworth I had some idea other than just sticking it together.  He inspired me to actually decorate it as well.  It's actually storage for mini distress inks.  It holds 60 plus extras ... tools, larger ink pads etc.
A card inspired by one of the ones made at the MFT workshop we did in Florida.  Don't think it was quite as successful though.  Think I made the background a little too busy.  Stamp set was one found in the Range by Kim for £2.99 - stamps and a die - bargain!  Coloured roughly by dragging ink colour with waterbrush.
A project from Greta ... Christmas trees made from very strong straws and button stars.  Cute!
Cards finished that were started in one of Clair's workshops a few weeks back.  Tiny bees added that I bought in Florida - Jolee's.  Wished I'd bought more and have since found some here in the UK.
That's it for today.  More projects to follow another time. Need to chill and prepare my bag for tomorrow's workshop - the first since before Florida and I've suffered withdrawal symptoms *ROFL!*
